Thanks everyone and a very happy christmas and New Year to everyone. I am still having a lot of difficulties getting on to the forum as it seems my server AOL is having probs with the new website, I am accessing it now through a friends yahoo account. Hopefully the probs will be sorted soon and I can get on line a bit easier. I have been having a bad RA flare the fatigue is awful, GP, gave me a steroid jab yesterday and seeing the Rhemy next Monday. If I am not on the forum for a while its because of the problems accessing the web page. I will see if I can put my email address on my profile.

Dear Lizzie, great to see you posting again.
As regards the problems getting onto this site, my partner Steve says have you tried accessing
via the Firefox web browser. It is a free download from mozzilla.com.
If you are using internet explorer with AOL you will find that loads of sites get blocked.
AOL tends to be a very nanny state type of internet provider in my experience.
Firefox tends to get around such behaviour.
